[ He might be an old man because of the era he was born in making him one in comparison to the other people in his life, but the actual time lived he's had, his body is probably mid to late thirties or so, if he has to take a guess. His life has just been harder than people of that age, so those aches and pains he hears people about having around that age as it is are a little worse than the average, even if he doesn't really feel those pains the same way.
